When we got together terminal our tour was 1 hour delayed, I am not sure why. The shuttle transfer was on time and the driver was friendly. Not sure if Papillon offers the best value for money. The Grand Canyon is definitely worth seeing from the air and a helicopter flight is the way to do it.
